Students were able to produce their own sentences correctly using all forms of WILL today. Here were some confusing words that came up
- Luis asked about the difference in pronunciation between "won't" and "want" because they sound the same to him (and to many other Ss).
- Ss were confused by "guess" at first—they thought it was the word "guest."
- Luis wrote a sentence for the NOW YOU TRY that said: "She won't forget to make her homework tonight." —Great job using "won't" but incorrect use of "make." I asked the other Ss if they remembered the rule for Do vs Make and they did! Cornelia explained: "make is for create and do is in general."
