Students were introduced to a new kind of activity this week. A sentence scramble where they had to put mixed-up words in the correct order. This proved to be a challenge, especially for Cornelia and Dominga who are at a lower Level 2 than their peers.
Jose B. unscrambled 2 sentences that were perfect though...!
- One of the most expensive cities in America is New York.
- Is our store open later than theirs?
Jose struggles a lot with his question formation and article usage so I was really proud that he created a perfect question for this. He was also able to say that the subject in his first sentence was "one of the cities." Bravo!
