This week in the Level 3 class, students learned about *complex* subjects. Here's an example...

  • Our reservation for 8 was cancelled. 
  • The next problem occurred 1 hour later.

These are tough subjects to spot, but when you find them, they lead to a deeper understanding of who/what you're talking about AND they make grammar easier!

Everyone's homework this week was to respond to a (fake) letter of complaint they were given using subjects that have at least 2 words.
