The question of the day today brought up a good discussion about emotions: What do you do when you are stressed? Who do you talk to?
Jaime asked: What's the difference between stressed and frustrated? We talked about how stressed is a combination of several emotions and doesn't simply mean that you're angry or tired. Pacheco showed he understood by explaining that he gets frustrated when he makes a soup and it doesn't taste correct, but he doesn't get stressed.
