This week, Level 2 students practiced expressing simultanous actions in the past. To wrap up class, they played a card game. Choose 2 cards and make a sentence. Here are some of the examples they came up with.
"He was getting out of the office because the computer was on fire while Cesar was cooking upstairs." (key words: get out, computer) by Jose L.
"She was turning on the lights to the shark tank while Leo was taking food to the shark." (key words: turn on, shark). by Susano.
