Shift Notes: Sharpen vocabulary around staff and food issues, deliveries, repairs, and anything else that might come up during a shift

 

Speaking with Confidence: Speak fluently in front of 1 or 100 people. Improve guest rapport, inspire your team during pre-shift or speak up at a staff meeting.

Email Etiquette: Fundamental formatting and writing tips. Demonstrate professionalism while adjusting your register for different email recipients.
